Florida DUI Center

This guy was riding his bike on the sidewalk without a headlight and he got stopped by a Largo, Florida Police Officer working the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Offcie DUI checkpoint on Missoui Ave. She tells him he can get a DUI while riding a bicycle. I wonder if she smelled a distinct order of alcohol on his breath.
